Why I wrote 'Reclaim Your Self'

I spent my life until 2018 living for everyone else.

I did everything I was supposed to do and it gave me a good life. From the outside in, it seemed perfect. From the inside out I felt like I had to abandon me daily in order to have it. 


I didn’t feel fulfilled and often felt stressed, overwhelmed, and overworked.


In those times I lived out of fear - fear of what might happen, fear of what might not happen, fear of change, fear of things staying the same. 


I worked ridiculous amounts of hours as because underneath 

  •  I didn’t want to disappoint anyone 
  • In some weird way it made me feel less guilty - at least with work
  • I was taught that my worth was valued on what I produced, how productive I was. 
  • I had fears that if I didn’t work hard I would be overlooked for raises


I struggled in my marriage

  • Not feeling supported or appreciated 
  • Feeling like I had to do it all on my own 
  • Passive aggressive comment were the norm


I came last on my priority list and therefore so did my mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing which resulted in…

  • Overwhelming thoughts that wouldn’t shut off. 
  • Irritation, frustration, and agitation 
  • Chronic sinus infections and stomach issues 


Since 2018, my life is unrecognizable. I have spent 1000s of hours in holistic education and healing. Uncovering limiting thoughts, beliefs, and ideas that kept me from living the life I wanted. My life now is incredible. My relationships with my husband, children, family, and myself are full of love, compassion, and emotional connection. My career has completely shifted - I left my corporate technology career of 15 years and now support women in accessing and answering the call of their soul. 


I get to live a life in alignment with my Soul. 


About a year ago I started a project incorporating all of the key components I discovered on my healing journey back to me.


This project is the creation of my first book: 


‘Reclaim Your Self’ 


In it, you will discover how to manage stress, deal with emotions, and overcome obsessive thoughts while remembering your worth and rediscovering who YOU are.
